Melanie’s summer senior portrait session was a beautiful day in sunny El Dorado Hills and Folsom! Honestly sunrise sessions are early but worth it. Melanie is a senior at Folsom High School this year and just wrapped up her 4th and final high school cheer season. After professional hair and makeup were complete, we headed out to a beautiful spot with blooming Queen Anne’s Lace in El Dorado Hills and then headed into old Folsom for rustic charm and buildings. All shooting locations are always picked based on what the family I am working with loves – I never have any ideas on where to shoot until I hear from client what they are looking for. I pick locations based on the best light for that time of day once I know what what a client likes.
